How do I contact my childs teacher?

-
We ask that our parents email our staff members without hesitation. We are here to serve you, your child/children, and our community. Our school policy is that staff members must respond to parent emails within 24 hours of an initial contact. (exception: If your message is sent on Friday/close to Shabbot, we will strive to respond within 48 hours).

Teachers are available to meet with parents on appointment before school Monday-Friday & after school Monday-Thursday. Parents can schedule an in person or virtual meeting. In person meetings can be scheduled here or virtual meeting here. After you fill out the form, the requested faculty member will be informed of your meeting request. Meetings with administration can also be scheduled in person or virtually
Can I call my child's teacher directly?

-
Our school does not provide the personal cell phone information of our faculty/teachers. However, if you meet with a faculty member and they do agree to provide their contact phone number, you may contact them directly. However, if you do message a faculty member directly, we ask that it be done in a manor that is respectful of our teachers personal lives. Email is still the preferred method of communication, as it is the best means for teachers to manage a caseload of parent questions.
I have tried to reach a faculty member and have not received a response back in 24 hours. What do I do?

Please forward your email message to the Vice Principal at mhecht@tjaonline.com or to the front office at info@tjaonline.com. We will help to provide you a prompt response.
