The Jewish Academy is a licensed early childhood facility. Per the Department of Children and Family Services, all early childhood facilities must keep a student file with the following seven documents inside. Completion of these forms is mandatory for all families in the school and are required for all licensed early childhoods in the State of Florida. In order to streamline the process, we provide our families access to electronically fill out and submit these forms. Completion of all these forms should take approximately ten to fifteen minutes in total.
